Craig’s past experiences include both fresh and frozen sourcing, processing, distribution, and sales. He and his wife Ana started Premier Foods in 2003 and have continued, with the help of several long-term partners, to grow business interactively and focused on all aspects of customer needs. Craig Weatherley

President

Craig has worked extensively from boat level, production, importation, and sales of scallops and scallop products since starting in the industry in 1987. Craig’s past experiences include both fresh and frozen sourcing, processing, distribution, and sales. He and his wife Ana started Premier Foods in 2003 and have continued, with the help of several long-term partners, to grow business interactively and focused on all aspects of customer needs.

Vice PresidentThe daughter of immigrant parents from Portugal, Ana Weatherley was born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts. With almost 3 decades of experience in the seafood industry, Ana & her partner (and now husband), Craig Weatherley started Premier Foods in 2003. Ana’s commitment to growing her team, brands, and business has made her a leader in the industry. Being an innovator in brand development, Ana introduced multiple labels in the industry targeting all market sectors of the scallop industry. In addition to being a leader in the seafood industry, Ana is passionate and committed to serving her community in areas around mental health & wellness, supporting organizations such as National Association for Mental Health and Child & Family Services. In addition, Ana is working closely with organizations offering innovative treatments such as Equine Assisted Therapy.E-mail Ana

Ana Weatherley

With almost 3 decades of experience in the seafood industry, Ana & her partner (and now husband), Craig Weatherley started Premier Foods in 2003. Ana’s commitment to growing her team, brands, and business has made her a leader in the industry. Being an innovator in brand development, Ana introduced multiple labels in the industry targeting all market sectors of the scallop industry. Chief Operating OfficerOriginally from Montreal, Canada, Pierre joined Premier Foods in 2021 after nearly 2 decades in commercial banking in the United States and abroad, with a focus on relationship and credit risk management. In his previous roles, Pierre worked closely with companies across several different industries including many in the seafood space, helping them navigate successful growth. His vast experience in both the domestic and international markets, together with his extensive exposure to all areas of the food business, combine to offer an innovative new approach to growing all sectors of the scallop business.E-mail Pierre

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Pierre joined Premier Foods in 2021 after nearly 2 decades in commercial banking in the United States and abroad, with a focus on relationship and credit risk management. In his previous roles, Pierre worked closely with companies across several different industries including many in the seafood space, helping them navigate successful growth. His vast experience in both the domestic and international markets, together with his extensive exposure to all areas of the food business, combine to offer an innovative new approach to growing all sectors of the scallop business.

Operations ExecutiveOriginally from the Southcoast of Massachusetts, Colin joined Premier Foods in 2020 after spending the first part of his career in the accounting field as an auditor.
