Craig Weatherley
President
Craig has worked extensively from boat level, production, importation, and sales of scallops and scallop products since starting in the industry in 1987. Craig’s past experiences include both fresh and frozen sourcing, processing, distribution, and sales. He and his wife Ana started Premier Foods in 2003 and have continued, with the help of several long-term partners, to grow business interactively and focused on all aspects of customer needs.
Ana Weatherley
Vice President
The daughter of immigrant parents from Portugal, Ana Weatherley was born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts. With almost 3 decades of experience in the seafood industry, Ana & her partner (and now husband), Craig Weatherley started Premier Foods in 2003. Ana’s commitment to growing her team, brands, and business has made her a leader in the industry. Being an innovator in brand development, Ana introduced multiple labels in the industry targeting all market sectors of the scallop industry. In addition to being a leader in the seafood industry, Ana is passionate and committed to serving her community in areas around mental health & wellness, supporting organizations such as National Association for Mental Health and Child & Family Services. In addition, Ana is working closely with organizations offering innovative treatments such as Equine Assisted Therapy.
Pierre Desbiens
Chief Operating Officer
Originally from Montreal, Canada, Pierre joined Premier Foods in 2021 after nearly 2 decades in commercial banking in the United States and abroad, with a focus on relationship and credit risk management. In his previous roles, Pierre worked closely with companies across several different industries including many in the seafood space, helping them navigate successful growth. His vast experience in both the domestic and international markets, together with his extensive exposure to all areas of the food business, combine to offer an innovative new approach to growing all sectors of the scallop business.
Colin DeMello
Operations Executive
Originally from the Southcoast of Massachusetts, Colin joined Premier Foods in 2020 after spending the first part of his career in the accounting field as an auditor. He has been involved in all aspects of the business and now is responsible for procurement, processing, and inventory management.
Chris Ciulla
Sales
Chris joined Premier Foods almost 20 years ago after 2 decades in the food service sector. His in-depth knowledge of the scallop industry combined with his sales experience have earned him the respect and trust of some of the largest national accounts in the seafood industry. Chris’ passion and commitment are always to his customers as he is constantly looking to exceed expectations and build long-lasting relationships.
Anne Pilling
Sales
Anne joined Premier Foods in 2007 after many years in the restaurant industry. Originally from central Massachusetts, she has lived in and around the largest United States scallop port – New Bedford, MA – for almost 20 years. She has extensive sales experience working with a variety of clients across all foodservice channels, with a focus on developing new business opportunities and category growth, all while cultivating long term relationships and business partnerships.
Peter Mis
Sales
Peter has over 30 years of sales, sales training, and marketing experience with a track record of finding creative ways to help his customers meet and exceed their growth objectives. His customer-centered focus has allowed him to forge many long-term partnerships and friendships in the seafood industry. A New Bedford native, Peter joined the Premier Foods team in 2012.
Caci Ferreira
Sales
Caci came to Premier Foods in 2004 with over 30 years of sales experience in the foodservice / hospitality industry, entrepreneurial endeavors, and promotion industries. His boundless navigation throughout North America, comprehensive knowledge of the scallop market, and pioneering entrepreneurial spirit allows him to discover, anticipate, and convey unique and creative solutions to cultivate and expand his customer’s scallop programs across all cultures, cuisines, and markets. Caci has a relentless commitment and passion to helping his colleagues, customers, and community become a better and stronger person, team, and company.
Maia Fernandes
Sales
Maia has been with Premier Foods since 2015 after nearly 15 years in various customer services roles. She began her Premier Foods journey in an administrative function and quickly made the transition to sales given her passion for customer service and eagerness to learn.
Kelli Pelletier
Senior Office Administration
Kelli has been with Premier Foods since 2009 following several years of customer service experience in the hospitality, foodservice, and banking industries. After several years and multiple roles with Premier Foods, Kelli is now in charge of general administration and logistics. Kelli’s strong organizational and client support skills are an integral part of the Premier Foods values and ensuring all operations continue to run smoothly.
